Connect

iiko connects with a single apiLogin credential — your personal API login from iikoWeb.

1. Get your API login

   Sign in to iikoWeb, then go to Settings → API. Copy your Personal API login from that page.

2. Connect through your agent

   Ask your agent to connect iiko and provide the apiLogin when prompted. The single field required is:

   • apiLogin — the personal API login you copied above.

Tip

The apiLogin never expires unless you revoke it in iikoWeb. AllMCP fetches a short-lived token on first use and caches it for up to 58 minutes — reusing it across calls and refreshing automatically when it expires. You don’t need to manage tokens yourself.

Organizations

Tool	What it does
iiko_list_organizations	Lists all restaurant organizations (chains and locations) accessible to your apiLogin.
iiko_list_terminal_groups	Lists the POS terminal groups (physical tills) for one or more organizations.

Menu

Tool	What it does
iiko_get_menu	Fetches the full menu nomenclature — products, modifiers, and product groups — for an organization.
iiko_list_stop_list	Returns items currently unavailable for ordering, grouped by terminal group.

Orders

Tool	What it does
iiko_list_orders	Lists delivery orders for an organization within a given date range.
iiko_get_order	Retrieves the complete details of a single delivery order by its ID.
iiko_create_order	Creates a new delivery order for a customer with chosen menu items.
iiko_cancel_order	Cancels a delivery order that has not yet been delivered or closed.

Notes

Caution

Required ID sequence.

• Call iiko_list_organizations first — every other tool needs an organization_id.
• iiko_create_order requires product IDs (from iiko_get_menu) and a terminal group ID (from iiko_list_terminal_groups). Collect those before placing an order.
• Orders can only be cancelled while still in a cancellable state — not after they have been delivered or closed.
