# System Tools

Every AllMCP connection comes with a small set of built-in capabilities that are always available, no matter which providers you have connected. They cover the basics: browsing the catalog, connecting and disconnecting a provider, seeing what a provider can do, and flagging a problem. You don't configure any of them — they're there from the moment your client connects.

{% hint style="success" icon="bolt" %}
**Nothing to set up.** Browsing, connecting, disconnecting, inspecting, and reporting work out of the box. Just point your client at AllMCP with your API key and your agent can use them right away.
{% endhint %}

## Browse the catalog

Your agent can browse every provider AllMCP supports and see which ones you've already connected. You can ask it to narrow the list — for example, "show me the CRM providers" or "which providers am I connected to?" — and it will give you names, categories, and connection status.

This is the natural starting point: browse the catalog, pick the provider you want, then connect it.

## Connect a provider

To start using a provider, ask your agent to connect it — for example, "connect Bitrix24" or "connect Google Sheets." What you need to supply depends on how that provider authenticates:

* **API key providers** — you give a single key or webhook URL. For example, Bitrix24 uses an inbound webhook URL, and YouGile uses an API token.
* **Multi-field providers** — you give a few named values together. For example, Binotel needs a `key` and a `secret`; SalesDrive needs a `domain`, a `form_key`, and an `account_key`; Altegio needs a `partner_token`, a `user_token`, and a `company_id`.
* **Username and password providers** — you give a login and password.
* **OAuth providers** — you don't paste any secret. Your agent hands you a secure link, you open it in your browser and approve access, and the connection completes on its own. AllMCP handles the consent and keeps the connection refreshed for you, so you won't have to re-approve under normal use.

Each provider's own page lists exactly where to get its credentials and the precise field names it expects. See [Browse providers](https://docs.allmcp.co/documentation/documentation/providers) for the full directory.

{% hint style="info" icon="key" %}
**OAuth is one approval, then you're done.** Open the link your agent gives you, approve access in your browser, and AllMCP takes care of the rest — including keeping the connection alive over time.
{% endhint %}

***

## Disconnect a provider

When you no longer want a provider linked, ask your agent to disconnect it — for example, "disconnect Bitrix24." This removes the stored connection. To use that provider again later, you'll simply reconnect it.

{% hint style="warning" icon="link" %}
**Disconnecting removes access.** The provider's tools stay unavailable until you reconnect it.
{% endhint %}

***

## Inspect a provider

Before you start using a provider, you can ask your agent what it's capable of — for example, "what can I do with Bitrix24 tasks?" or "show me the Google Sheets formatting options." You'll get a plain rundown of the actions available, grouped by category, so you know what to expect before you ask for anything.

For more on how tools are organized into categories, see [Categories](/api-reference/categories.md).

## Report a problem

If something looks wrong — a tool returns surprising results, or a provider throws a confusing error — you can ask your agent to report it to the AllMCP team. Give it a short summary and a description of what happened, and it will file the report for you. This doesn't touch your connection or your credentials; it just sends the details to our team so we can investigate.
